Excellent Customer Service
There was a glitch when I finally went to pay for the new Axa Landlord policy through their website as it crashed had I to make a call. Contacted the Axa team via cha and logged with TopCashback. Dealt with very efficiently by William in Axa Customer Service and through their marketing team, cash back was quickly traced and updated. Superb service. Thank you Axa & TopCashback ??. Very good service especially to track missing cashback
Initially my cashback was rejected by affiliate citing that I'd cancelled/refunded the policy but rang Axa Landlord customer service and they proactively chased their marketing team to manually allow the cashback. I received my cashback after 3 weeks of initial call.
Hopefully the insurance itself is as good.

Not worth it, AXA coverage is worthless
Cashback is nice but if you ever have to make a claim you will sorely regret going with AXA. They make it impossible to file a claim and then try and invalidate your coverage to ensure they don't have to pay out a penny. Literally the biggest waste of time and money I've experienced.... don't rely on this company to have your back when you need them.
