Cashback payment date keeps getting put 2 weeks every week, now 36 weeks until payable, already 3 months since hire completed. DISGUSTING. DONT USE

Booked twice in October and November 2015 for Bookings taken in June/july respectively. Both tracked, both confirmed - neither have been paid by TCB. Its now over 12 months since I paid, and 6 months since bookings taken. Don't book based on cashback unless price is actually cheaper.

Abysmal condition of car when collected from agent. Cashback still not paid after 8 months and topcashback say it won't be paid until 12 months have elapsed since booking. Completely distgusting. Why do these companies never honour the cashback?

Having booked the hire car in February, picked it up on 10th July and waited until 4th September to see if my CashBack tracked, it didn't. Hiding behind the excuse of topcashback not being identified as the last referral. I am a regular topcashback user and this has never been an issue previously. I only chose Auto Europe because the cashback made them best value. What a con. If you do your sums to get the best deal possible, don't factor the cashback into your equations as you probably won't get it.

I rented a car in Cyprus and was charged £75 for a full tank of fuel that i had to take. Yes deep deep down in the 7 pages of terms and conditions they did mention this but at no point during the booking process did they mention it. On top of this car was also dirty on arrival, I complained and was told that i should get the car washed myself and claim the money back. I'm still trying to get compensation but it doesn't look good.

Still waiting for cashback 5 months after we returned. The date keeps changing together with the estimated payment date. There is no reason for me to think that Topcashback is chasing this so yet again when a substantial amount of cashback is offered the merchant fails to deliver.

Do not use this merchant as they do not pay the cashback or reply to cash claims submited,my transaction did not track, i submited a claim back in April and i am still wainting for reply. when i booked the car, their website stated everything was inclusive, when i picked the car the hire company told me that if i had a break down or accident i wold have to pay for assistance unless i took an insurance of €120.00, for the 9 days car hire, was aslo told that i have to return the car empty or any petrol/ money would not be refunded, how can you do these when you are to catch a flight, i returned the car with half full and lost the diesel money.

Still waiting for cashback which was due several months ago. Very disappointed. Topcashback do not help by sending you around in circles trying to submit a support ticket but then bringing you back to where you started, having achieved nothing.

hired car at Faro., ae said car rental ws in hall. but it was off site and added extra 40 mins to collection. cashback tracked in sept. but not received. wont be using ae or cb again

Further to my adjacent review...Having been honest about the 'product' i.e. the car we hired being perfectly fine but everything else about the experience being pretty rubbish I was surprised to see that I'd apparently given Auto Europe 2 stars. I'm adding this to get closer to the number of stars they really deserve!

As suggested this was the cheapest for me, didn't track & they have charged me twice, unfortunately the time it will take them to refund my card I will have to first pay out twice, nice touch.

do not use this merchant, I am one of the highest earnings TCB members with nearly £4k earned in the last few years. Auto europe does not pay out. not a great website either so unless they still cheapest for you without cashback dont bother

ordered ok, got an upgrade on car as the car type that we requested was not available. Unfortunately I am still waiting for cashback over A YEAR later!!!! I submitted claim which Topcashback then sent to Auto Europe and then nothing for 10months I send a nudge to topcashback every couple of months but as i said Im still waiting so very disappointing.

I'm disappointed to see Auto Europe, a company I've used and trusted for many years, uplifting their prices for the Topcashback site. I'm just looking at a particular rental on the Auto Europe website at £109. The identical rental (same car, same rental company) on Topcashback is £115.

Yet again, it is much cheaper to go via another site such as travel supermarket where the cost of hiring the same car with the same company is over £40 cheaper which easily cancels any cashback. TBC - I will continue to use your excellent service but you need to get a grip on this sort of shenanigans !

Use in Spain in July 2012 no problems with price or the car Cash back has never tracked & followed up with manual claim & I'm getting no where fast. In the last week rented car from Hertz Cashback confirmed already & just booked & paid for a car with Alamo Cashback again confirmed already So from my point of view AutoEurope don't seem to want to try & keep customers & have already lost my buisness
