	Quick pay out The first time Alfa paid out it took a long time and I had to message Top Cash back a few times. Since then Alfa have paid out promptly (within 2 weeks of returning from a holiday) I have had 4 payouts so far and is a good saving off Alfa holidays.

	Good Company I am very pleased with Alfa Travels prompt cash back payment. I would definitely recommend buying a product from this company.

	Good Holiday It did take a while to get the cashback, but It was a nice surprise as I had forgotten about it. We had a lovely Holiday with Alfa, they were lovely people & couldn't do enough for us.

	Very late cashback I used Alfa Holidays on 3 occassions and got my cash back in within the prescribed time, but on this 4th occassion it was 39 weeks post holiday to get my cashback due to a dispute between Alfa Holidays and their agent. Direct communications with Alfa had no effect in speeding up the payment. I would have stiil been waiting, but for TopCashBack deciding to pay out to me , whilst they are still await the cash from Alfa's agent. I have already booked holidays for the rest of 2026 and early 2027 and not one of them is with Alfa.

	Don't bother Cashback from November still 'pending. They have changed their name to Alfa Holidays and now dropped their cashback rate. I don't hold out much hope for a payment as this is not the first time. £80 for both is not chumpchange. Very disappointed with this company.

	Very slow to pay out After numerous messages to Top Cashback about money owed and the length of time taken to pay out, over 8months after returning from a holiday by Alfa Travel the money was paid as a gesture by Top Cashback. Hopefully my other claims for Alfa Travel will get paid out a bit quicker.

	Takes a while to get the cashback but all up to date now. Had to wait a while for cash back but got good amount.

	Takes a while to get the cashback even after we have had the holiday. Nice amount of cashback earned from our coach holidays but takes quite a while for a payout.

	Quicker payout this time. Last time I booked with Alfa they did not send the cashback but Top Cashback gave it to me anyway. This time Alfa have made a quick payout.

	I have been using Alfa Travel since 2004 I only started using top cash back during the last 2years but have now stopped doing it through this site because I have only received one payment which was paid through top cash back as a gesture. I am now owed almost £250 from them and I am not very happy. I go on holiday with them at least 6 times a year they are a brilliant tour company but this is definitely a fault.

	Slow payee Purchase made in March 2024. Holiday fully paid in July 2024 and as of today (5th March 2025) cashback has still not been received.

	took more than a year to get my cashback. Very slow to pay the cash back and had to keep on at top cash back to chase it up three times. not good

	Top Cash Back Company very slow to make Cash Back Payment. Booked holiday in February 2024, paid in full at this time. Had to ask Top Cash Back to investigate as it had been several months since going on this holiday and still payment not received. Payment has now been paid and claimed today.
