Reason given for declining my cashback was that i used a voucher code. Utter nonsense! Not TCBs fault, but they should kick this company off their site so that other users are not mislead. It would be interesting to see the % of users that actually receive their cashback.

Not worth the one star given. Booked parking at Manchester Airport with this firm on the basis of 20% cashback. Tracked but then cashback declined. Seems I'm not the only one - TCB please get rid of this retailer, they have no intention of honouring their promises!

Will never use again
My car was returned in a filthy state. Covered all over in what I believe is building materials and not how I left it with them. Representatives of the company did not make me aware of it and at present have not responded to a complaint raised or apologised. Customer service has been poor. Will never use again
