Never registered my purchase and had to wait over 3 months to claim
Had to register a claim through cash back as my purchase did not register, did take over 3 months but did get there in the end. Thank you for sorting this.

Shambolic Cashback Tracking
I booked a return flight to New York from the UK and TopCashback has tracked the value of the ticket as being £10 and paid a minuscule payout accordingly - I wish that's how much the ticket price costed! I should have read the comments on the other reviews and manually chased, but didn't know about this at the time and just assumed it would uplift. It seems like if you want anything from this company tracked properly, you have to fight your case every time you make a purchase unfortunately

Perseverance with cashback
Aer Lingus… I know I usually book my flight ( like most people) way in advance and have to wait until my flight is over and done with (which can be months later), but I always have to chase up my cashback with this company! If you book with them through TopCashback, make sure you take snapshots of cashback amount, and keep all emails with Aer Lingus. Because after a few months when you arrive back and think that there’s nothing on TopCashback to say that you even bought through TopCashback , you will inevitably have to make a customer service claim. They will ask loads of questions ( like price ,ref number, dates, etc) which you can refer back on withthose snapshots you took 8 months + earlier. Usually almost a year after I first booked, I always get my cashback, though I have to put in a lot of effort to get it.

Aer Lingus never tracks
I have always had to complete a missing cash back claim for Aer Lingus. It is really annoying as I fly with them regularly, and always ensure that I meet all of the terms and conditions, including claiming only for flights originating in the UK. Just hope they can improve the tracking of Aer Lingus!

ALWAYS have to chase cashback
I've flown with Aer Lingus loads over the years. They fly to a small regional airport in Ireland that is convenient for me, that's why I persevere. Their service is generally OK BUT every time I've reserved tickets via Topcashback I have had to chase payment. The Aer Lingus system never tracks. I've used Topcashback for years so am familiar with cookies etc. It is not Topcashback's fault - the tracking system for Aer Lingus is not fit for purpose.

Took forever

Didn’t track - 12 months still not paid out
Booked flights - didn’t track so had to submit a missing cash back. Been waiting for it to be confirmed and it’s gone over 12 months since booked and paid. Really disappointing

Really disappointed. Spent over £2000 on n flights to have the cashback declined. Booked flight in nov 21. Flight was Feb 22 and I’m still fighting for the cashback. Feel conned to be honest and it’s put me off flying with them again.

Non-payers. £800 plus of flights, booked on the Aer Lingus website. Didn't track. Submitted a claim with my booking reference number, but they can't "find me", even thought the flights have been taken with that very reference.
