Hit and miss, although generally a miss, as to whether I am paid cashback. Even though cookies are removed, cache is cleared and I follow the transaction through, more often than not, I do not receive cashback. I constantly have to fill out claim forms, making it time consuming and sometimes not worth the hassle. I even bought a new computer, so no tracking cookies or cache, yet still it tracked zero and I was unsuccessful with cashback.

zero stars aid have been awarded if that was possible! Flight purchased through the aer lingus website - no special offers or promotional codes and now they are refusing to pay up. I am being asked for details of taxes paid, etc. How would i even remember these 2 months after i took the flight and why would i even bother to not theses down. If Aer Lingus want to pretend to be part of the programme then they should make more effort to record the details they need.

I regularly book flights with Aer Lingus and up until two years ago was receiving cashback without any problem. However, they started to decline cashback without giving any explanation and have been very sketchy with their payments. I submitted over 40 claims last year and most of them were declined, yet they are all booked in the same way. Topcashback have looked into it, but it seems to take a very long time and to be honest, I am fed up chasing it as it is very time consuming. I will still continue to go through cashback and take pot luck!

Booked flights in Dec 2013 - have just returned from America in Aug 2014...and STILL NO CASHBACK despite constantly nudging. Waste of time.

Over 1 year and still no cashback. 1st they ask me to re-submit my claim because I can't claim the tax, even though the system does it automatically. Then when I change it - NOTHING! AVOID and fly with some other airline who keeps their cashback commitment and promise. (I have had to give this 1 star. If I could give it zero I would)

Aer Lingus have never paid ANY cashback to me, ever. Sometimes the transaction tracks ok, often it doesn't, but the bottom line is that I have never received a penny back, and TCB's customer service/support is just as bad. Won't be using them again.

Every single transaction I have made so far with Aer Lingus has tracked at zero, I have had to raise queries for all of them, a little tedious to say the least. All tracking cookies and settings are correct on my computer so that is not the problem. This doesn't happen with other merchants. Topcashback are great, in my personal opinion the problem lies with Aer Lingus who are not that great when it comes down to cashback administration.

Awful. Not tracked. Four individual flights booked and not tracked for any. Submitted as not tracked and all refused. My only poor experience on here.
