used this TCB merchant dozens of times, only ever 1 requirement to raise a ticket. Otherwise very good. Not a particulalry quick payment but get it eventually

I use Aer Lingus on a regular basis. Unfortunately, cashback transactions always track, but come back as zero and I have to continually log a claim to get it, which takes some time! They always pay, eventually!

I book flights with Aer Lingus on a weekly basis. Cashback for this merchant always tracks at zero. I have tested the tracking and all the cookie settings are correct and in order on my comouter so it is not that, that is the problem. For each and every transaction I have to raise a query, then have to wait for it to be resolved. I am still waiting for cashback from November 2010. So far out of nearly £90 cashback earned since August 2010 I have actually received £6.76!!! This merchant is hard work as I have to keep track of my purchases in order to raise the queries to ensure that I get paid.

Tracked quickly and paid up quickly. No issues with the flight ticket purchase, though they DO charge like £10 "administrative" charge to pay by card, regardless of whether it is a debit card or a credit card, so there is no way around paying the charge. It's just another way to mark-up the flight ticket base price.

My only comment about Aer Lingus is that they takes an awfully long time to pay their cashback, or even comfirm it!

Have used a number of times and tracking speed can vary, usually always appears. Even with the recent ash disruption payment was made as scheduled. Great retailed and will always use over Ryanair... as long as they improve their flight schedules a bit

not great it has not tracked the correct amount, it shows only paying for 1 ticket when I purchased 2 and the econd transaction has tracket correctly there sis a booking for 3 people.

Tracked very quickly but I didn't realise until later that my actual fare was £0, the other £40 was tax BHX-DUB so I got £0 cashback. Got cashback for other flights with them before as well quickly.

Overall I have no issue with Aer Lingus, much better than the alternative when travelling to Dublin. However, cashback (in most cases) tracks, but recently I have found it to drop to 0 when it comes to being payable - this was after I had filed a missing cashback claim. All very odd. I have a few still in confirmed but I will see what happens with those and report further!

2 claims now refused for no reason. The merchant is obviously not adhering to their agreement. What a surprise. And they don't have to justify themselves either. Just any excuse for them to weasel out of an agreement i think. Not Topcashback's fault but not impressed with Aer Lingus. Don't bother
