Needed a new contract anyway so this was a no brainer. Pity you have to wait 3 months until money is payable but 'hey ho' it all adds up to make a nice bonus for Christmas presents.

Bought the 4gb advanced plan with £45 cashback back in August. It tracked at £25 but stated it would be uplifted to the correct amount once confirmed. It has now become payable but at £25, not the advertised £45. TCB has put my claim back in the queue so no doubt will have to wait another 2 or 3 months for the correct amount. Is this a regular tactic to get away with trying to pay less?

Rotten-the advertised cashback was reduced by £10 on application, and it took a further 3 months to resolve. Thsame offer is now available with £60 cashback-wouldn't you know it!..

Cashback is good. £12 for all you can eat texts, 600 minutes free and using your phone abroad.... Excellent. Although, my reception is always pants but this is mad workable with wifi calling. All in all, I am happy!

Having been a previous customer of 3 I had no concerns about re joining them. However when I did the cash back was shown as £5.00. I had no concerns about this as I know that "cash back may track at a lower rate" So £65.00 was listed yet only £5.00 received. No problem I thought I will lodge a claim. However I was unable to do this due to the time that had elapsed since my purchase.
