Three have refused to give me any cash back. Although i am entitled to £50. with the contract i took. I still have a contract with them so i do not understand why they wont credit my account with the promised cashback. i have not defaulted or cancelled my contract.

Absolute thieves. They state that they will give you cashback. It takes over 6 months to resolve and then they state that the transaction did not even exist! Stay well away from them if you are thinking of getting a new contract with a view to obtaining cashback.

I left a contract early (with a penalty) to move to a Three SIM Only contract with the promise of £55 cashback. After 8 months the transaction has never shown on my account despite a missing cashback claim and several nudges being lodged with TCB. There has been no response from Three via TCB so I may have to contact them directly to ask for an explanation. If they do not honour their cashback offer, or give a valid reason withholding it, I will request a PAC code to move to another network.

This is SO bad. I am really disappointed with TopCashback. I bought a contract with Three earlier than my contract finished with Vodafone purely because the cashback was so good. Three are now saying they cannot transaction cannot be traced even though i have an order number and a contract with them! Topcashback's response to this is "we do remind our customers not to make purchase decisions based on cashback as its not guaranteed" - what's the point of making the cashback offer in the first place then??? I feel like i have been proper conned.

Missold. Three routinely decline cashback for mobile sim contracts, they are then put on hold, and if you willing to chase and wait for ten months while your claim is chased, put on hold and eventually, if you are lucky, accepted, you will only receive half of what you were due. In my case £20, when it was supposed to ge £45. Not happy and will never use again.

Paid lower cashback than what was advertised. It is most likely topcashback than three and topcashback will get the full amount and put it in their account instead paying users.
