Having been a previous customer of 3 I had no concerns about re joining them. However when I did the cash back was shown as £5.00. I had no concerns about this as I know that "cash back may track at a lower rate" So £65.00 was listed yet only £5.00 received. No problem I thought I will lodge a claim. However I was unable to do this due to the time that had elapsed since my purchase.

Usual issue now with TopCashback, took out a contract at an advertised cashback rate and TopCashback pay a lower rate. You spend months and months battling and jumping through hoops to get TopCashback to pay what they advertise. Avoid at all costs unless you want to spend your life getting TopCashback to deliver what they advertise. They still haven't paid the right rate 6 months later.

Terrible....avoid.... neither three or topcashback are to be trusted to give cashback here nor give any reason. Still waiting 8 months after purchase with no cashback or progress on the cashback claim.
