No cash back
Took out a new mobile contract in October 2023 and now, almost 5 months later still have not received my cashback. Very disappointing.

Coming up for month 4 and cashback is still pending. Going by other reviews i may have to wait another 2-3 months to make progress. Should have went elsewhere tbh

Very Bad
Had to threaten court action to get the cashback which Topcashback paid as a goodwill gesture, this was after more than 5 months waiting

Falsely rejected my cash back
I have an active, current contract with them, the SIM contract I purchased through a link on this site is active and the SIM is working in my phone. 3 have cancelled the cashback with the reason "this contract was cancelled/returned". Again the contract is not only live the SIM is in my phone and working as I type this, has been for months. Be very wary of using them As this happen to some one else and also I won’t be renewing my contract to be lied to get a new customer.

They dont give cashbaack
Cashback didnt track, on reading reviews seems it never does and people have to jump through hoops and spend months chasing it. Will be cancelling my sim while still in cooling off period as I have no desire to be in a contract with a company who begins its relationship with its customers by lying and trying to scam them

Waste of time. Got my phone contract in March. Had to chase up my cashback which I didn’t get till September. Had to file a missing cashback report for it. Totally put me off top cashback. My signal is absolutely rubbish aswell. Regret going to 3 but I only did it because of the cashback

Payment didn't go through on the website so I had to call up. The call centre fixed the issue but this apparently invalidated my claim. Very frustrating when something on their end went wrong and stopped my cashback. Don't proceed if it doesn't work first time.
