Missold. Three routinely decline cashback for mobile sim contracts, they are then put on hold, and if you willing to chase and wait for ten months while your claim is chased, put on hold and eventually, if you are lucky, accepted, you will only receive half of what you were due. In my case £20, when it was supposed to ge £45. Not happy and will never use again.

After over 3 months Three refused to pay up, seems pretty common with these guys reading everywhere on internet, advice don't buy from them.

Paid lower cashback than what was advertised. It is most likely topcashback than three and topcashback will get the full amount and put it in their account instead paying users.

I left three on my old contract and rejoined with this cashback to get a better deal that they would not offer existing customers. Cashback tracked and paid after 3 months.

My first purchase of a SIM deal in September went through swifty and is payable. My second purchase of a SIM contract for my daughter has not tracked properly and on putting in a claim I have been informed it will take months and is not guaranteed! With that in mind I might have gone for an offer elsewhere but I am now tied into this contract. Lets hope it pays as offered or I will put in an official complaint.
