Three have refused to give me any cash back. Although i am entitled to £50. with the contract i took. I still have a contract with them so i do not understand why they wont credit my account with the promised cashback. i have not defaulted or cancelled my contract.

Reasonable payout, in essence got 6 months free on the sim only contract - payout takes a wee bit though.

Absolute thieves. They state that they will give you cashback. It takes over 6 months to resolve and then they state that the transaction did not even exist! Stay well away from them if you are thinking of getting a new contract with a view to obtaining cashback.

I left a contract early (with a penalty) to move to a Three SIM Only contract with the promise of £55 cashback. After 8 months the transaction has never shown on my account despite a missing cashback claim and several nudges being lodged with TCB. There has been no response from Three via TCB so I may have to contact them directly to ask for an explanation. If they do not honour their cashback offer, or give a valid reason withholding it, I will request a PAC code to move to another network.
