I have a number of "pending" transactions and one payable showing on my account, no issues with claims and all orders have been delivered but "faster paying" claim appears to be a bit exaggerated as the "estimated payment schedule" shows as being from 11 to 14 weeks.

Ordered twice one tracked one didn't! All I can say is the same as TCB "clear your cookies prior to making a transaction and that you then go on to make a transaction immediately and wholly online."
I think I go distracted mid order!

I made a valid purchase through Topcashback from this company.
However, I have been informed that my cashback request has been declined by the retailer.
Unfortunately I did not retain the customer reference in order to file a "missing" cashback claim.
I will not be purchasing from this retailer again.
Topcashback services however were, as ever, excellent.
