do not use this company delivered items twice, both occasions damaged sent back twice now not in stock was in communication with them as soon as asked for refund heard nothing dont answer emails etc, luckily paid for items on Credit card so they now in process of doing a charge back

They took my money but didn't give the goods, I ended up contacting the seller (Vue) who sorted it out. Wowcher didn't do anything.

Have ordered a few things , took forever to come and packaged badly . When getting a refund they don’t give you the cash back they put into a wallet for next purchase , even if you don’t want to use them again ?

Cashback initially tracked ok, but after a couple of months Wowcher changed it to zero, so never received the expected cashback.

They don't reply to emails, they don't answer calls and they sell items that are not as described. My Mum bought perfume which smelt completely different when we compared it to Debenhams, despite supposedly being the same perfume! Service is shocking. I would not order from them again if they paid me!

Have not received cash back - Wowcher are trying to say it is something to do with the order process & my order was not via Topcashback - This is totally incorrect - I went through to Wowcher via Topcashback, then went right through the order process and making my payment via Pay Pal. They are a RIP OFF crew!

This is my letter to wowcher of which I thought I'd share with you ...... AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE if you value your money and retail experience. Companies like this shouldn't exist. Wowcher - complaints dept This is the last time I am going to be contacting you - I am soon going to be launching an online campaign about how awful your companies customer service is and how you treat your customers with less than no respect. You are disorganised and have lost me on my first order. I will be continuing as a loyal customer of Groupon who I have never had any complaints with. Take advice from this email and train your staff accordingly - it should not be from your customers that you learn customer service. Speaking to Francesca - Saturday morning at wowcher. She was clueless. Said no notes were on the account of when I called the 2 days previously .... and asked me to email the company i had ordered my goods from Cial Jewels - regarding non delivery. I still have not had delivery by day 11 - it was a 10 day delivery period I was agreeing to. Im not prepared to spend extra money calling an 0843 number on a company that may not exist - has not fulfilled their side of the contract and has not responded to the so called email - this is what she said I must do- sort the problem out myself .... You act as an agent for this company - it is your job to do this and ensure your customers are happy. Aparently no notes were on my account that this first email was even done. This is Worrying for a company as big as yourselves - this is the first and last time I have dealt with wowcher -you are mass advertised - yet your contracts are not fulfilled. I will be contacting trading standards amongst other people to see how they feel about my situation Its Not for me to chase my order. You as the agent, should be making sure my product gets to me as per contract. Goods are the clients responsibility -agreed - but surely you have some kind of responsibility to your customers

I had bought a Wowcher for 3 hours of driving lessons from independent Instructors Network on 08-Mar. After receiving the Wowcher, I registered on the website of independent Instructors Network and received a confirmation on 11-Mar about the same with a note that it will take maximum 21 days to match with one of the instructors. I didn’t hear anything after that from Independent Instructors Network after that . I emailed them on 07-May asking for details and there was a reply on 09-May as below: I am sorry about the delay in matching you with an instructor. I have highlighted your name on the list and you should hear form us soon I am still waiting to hear anything from Independent Instructors Network. Asked Wowcher to help 2 weeks and they replied they will look into it. Again nothing from them as well.

I have had nothing but bad experiences of their customer service. Writing to them to say about a website not working I do not get an apology and they take so long to reply the wowcher will expire. Then they will try to say the wowcher is out of date so can't have a refund! (I've had that before and sent them the original mail I sent them which was well within time so got refund but again no apology for them trying to take my money, just a refund and no reply to my message). After 1 awful experience I went back - more fool me! Recently I ordered pillows and the website just would not work for me so I contacted wowcher to ask for a refund. The subject of the mail said the offer I had bought and I was e-mailing from my address which my account is registered to. Almost 1 week later I get a reply asking me to give them my e-mail address and the name of the offer so they can look into it. I gave these again and told them the wowcher has since expired. I then get a mail asking to to confirm I redeemed my wowcher and saying the instructions are on the site. I replied, told them again it has expired since i first mail but aite never worked (though surely they can look into my account as well as the emails I have been sending) which is why I wanted a refund. 5 working days later still no reply. Shocking... Worst customer services I have ever encountered.

My cashback from Wowcher was declined simply stating,'cashback does not meet the vendor requirements'. I created a new account and clicked through and purchased online not sure what the 'requirements'that were not met were... The cinema tickets I bought were great in other respects.

Brought an Android Tablet from vivacitystores.com via WoWcher Even I brought an Android Tablet from them via WoWcher. Haven't received it yet!(almost 2 months) I'm waiting them for long to get reply my emails. I just contacted Wowcher via email and phone, when I called day by day they asked me to wait. And then I sent mails no reply from them. Last week I sent another mail asking to refund me back Wowcher is keep silence. Wonder is since two weeks, when I logged to their web application, vivacitystores mentioned that items were shipped. And last week I received a mail(auto generated) from vivacitystores asking that feedback (Thank you for your recent purchase! As we appreciate your business and value your satisfaction, please take a moment to visit the link below to submit feedback on all items in your order). I dont know whats going on but I'm really frustrated. Doesn't deserve a star. Terrible to non-existant service. Stay away from this store and save yourself a whole load of grief. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I've used Wowcher twice and on both occasions have experienced issues with receiving the goods. On my first order, I received the goods after a month's wait. On the second order, I received no goods, although monies were taken from my account instantly. I was given the run around by Wowcher, advising that the problems with the order were nothing to do with them and to contact the 3rd party supplier and to take issue with them (even though Wowcher themselves had taken the funds from my Paypal account). On speaking to the 3rd party supplier, they to have had issues with Wowcher. So it's not just customers, it's the suppliers also!! Think very carefully before entering into a transaction with Wowcher. I would suggest using other well known mass purchasing sites, that don't let the customer down!! I am currently in a process of recovering my monies via Paypal.

I paid 6 sessions of 15 minutes of REM laser lipo, i was told that for better results, i should do 2 sessions per appointment - 30 minutes. However, i never got this 30 minutes sold. when i complained, the lost and unprepared staff (young girls) told me that the treatment on the machine (laser plates) was only of 10 minutes. So i would be with it for supposedly 20 minutes and the other 10 minutes remaining would be for preparation (measurement). They do not take 3 minutes to measure you before and after. They rush all the way through the appointment. They don't explain the treatment process to you apart from saying in the end - you lost half inch and don't forget to drink lots of water. As if the 'miracle' had really happened! They are all fake professionals. It's frustrating and disgusting to deal with service providers like REM Laser Clinic. After my first appointment I am not sure about the efficiency of the treatment and reliability of the clinic. I am positive that this is a SCAM and even though we still have 2 sessions paid, i am not coming back to that place! I would strongly recommend you not to waste your money and time with them. I gave it a shot and regret! I hope to get refund from wowcher for its misleading advertising. Hope we can find effective ways to deal with our undesirable stomach fat.For i am not happy with their services. Thank you
