Dealing with Ziffit is a mixed experience. They remove items from your trade, seemingly at random and you won't be paid. Remonstrating with customer services is pointless. I have been trading with Ziffit since 2013 and have never had a decision reversed. Suspiciously, the most valuable books in a trade often receive the red pencil treatment. Ziffit offer on more books/cds/dvds than their competitors, but they are hideously fussy, forgetting they are offering secondhand prices on secondhand items. It is good they are on Topcashback, as you may make back a little of what is taken from you by way of good items rejected.

I completely give up with this merchant! I cannot load a basket! Every time I get half way through it logs me out and cancels my basket! I've been trying to do it for 2 weeks. Waste of time.
