This merchant did not pay cashback as stated. Very suspicious...they say that it did not track. Well they are not a honest merchant and I will not be using them again.

Bought from twice, failed to track on both occasions, had to put a claim in for both, paid one at incorrect amount and still waiting for 10 months for the other, company itself and products were however satisfactory

I agree with other members - allegedly my transaction did not track due to another party claiming the referral to their site!! I am also an experienced cash backer and note the pop up stating my visit has been recorded. If they have no intention of paying out they should get off this site!!!

I have placed two orders with this company and neither has tracked. I am still waiting for a transaction from September 2020 to be acknowledged by the retailer so I don't hold out much hope that the second transaction in December will be resolved any time soon. It's a shame because in all other respects I was happy with the purchases.

The usual pop up came up to advise that tracking had worked when I clicked link from Topcashback to the merchants site. Waited a few weeks but cashback did not show as tracked properly so I lodged a claim ticket, Topcashback replied to say that the merchant has refused cashback on grounds that I did not go to their site via Topcashback which is absolute nonsense. It was only £3 but in the spirit of what TCB is all about, merchants who do this should not be allowed on this site. Needless to say I'll not be buying from them again.

2nd time l have used this merchant and 2nd time it has not tracked. Companies like tis should not be allowed to continue as they are being dishonest. I went directly to the site and not though a third party, although l have no doubt they will say otherwise.
