One year on and William Hill has still not processed my cashback. The claim is still in "customer care".
Pathetic, and I believe this merchant should be removed from TopCashback due to their total incompetence.

Over a year has gone by, still no cashback that has 'tracked'
Put in a claim with TopCashBack withing a 2 weeks of using merchant, and TCB don't seem interested either, what is the point in filing a claim if you do not receive any help.
Both parties are useless

Like many other users William Hill have had a shocking service and left cashback hanging for over a year before rejecting claims
They must have changed something for all these positive comments recently but it would be nice if they actually paid out the previous users !!!!

Never paid out after chasing for months, it seems that there are other negative reviews about the cash back payout. Wouldn't ever use William Hill again promising a high cash back rate (at the time) to get new users but then no payout.

Very bad experience - went through the process as normal (I am not a novice at this, so know the ropes) - the deal was to click through, open an account and spend £10 - so did this but despite all indicators saying that the transaction was registered, the click through failed to show in my cashback. I had to open a claim with TopCashback which showed my click through but William Hill came back and claimed I clicked through with someone else and refused my cashback - What total rubbish! I only ever use this cashback site. Rip-off merchants, I will NEVER use William Hill again!

Was entitled to £11 for opening a new account, this was done back in Feb 12, still waiting!!, submitted a claim with Top Cashback, but nothing been done in nearly 10 months. It's a joke. Do not open a account with William Hill, they don't pay out the cashback. Con merchants

I wish I'd read some of the other reviews before using Willaim Hill through Topcashback. I claimed in April and it is now Sep, 6 months down the line after chasing and nudging 3 times and still no record of it on my account. if you're looking for a bookmaker cashback offer, try any of the others bookies rather than William Hill

My cashback hasn't tracked despite issuing a claim and plenty of nudges - from the reviews of William Hill they are scamming topcashback customers by not paying up on their promises! COME ON TOPCASHBACK EITHER MAKE THEM PAY OR BAN THE CROOKS FROM THE SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!
