Cashback hasn't tracked, they refused me my winnings because they hadn't verified my age BEFORE my bet (don't even think of placing a bet until you see they have verified it, which, by the way, is very hidden). Their customer service refuse to pay out the winnings. Avoid.

This is the second comment I've left as my first one has never been published for some reason. Both my mum and I opened accounts with William Hill for the Grand National and neither transaction tracked. Not sure of the point of them being on here and not sure why their statistics still say N/A - surely there are enough grumpy customers by now for TCB to publish some figures to guide other users in the direction of another company who will honour their cashback.

No cashback No Track No point.
Visited to place annual Grand National bet, but nothing since. Have put in missing cashback claim and will see what happens. Normally Topcashback excellent when things go wrong
so am still slightly hopeful but will not use William Hill again.

Like others - didn't track.I've put a claim in but not holding out much hope. Topcashback should ditch this rogue merchant. Also very quick to take payment from card, but to cash out winnings I had to call several times and eventually got through to verify my age.

Do not use, what a waste of time. Completed the transaction as per rules set by Willaim Hill and no cashback. WHAT A VERY BIG DISSAPOINTMENT FROM A LARGE COMPANY "stay away".

Clearly William Hill are just filling their boots with new customers whilst Topcashback let them do it and not pay out their committed cashback.
Come on Topcashback clamp down on this type of merchant and boot them off the site

As others have found, this one hasn't tracked at all. Hopefully Topcashback will be able to resolve it, although they dont seem to be in a rush to do anything. Wish I'd read the feedback first. Recommend avoiding.

I wish I had read the reviews first as like others found my deposit and wager didn't track so I've had to submit a claim. I also found they while they're happy to allow you to make a deposit and wager it, they insist on age verification when you try and withdraw any winnings and that seems to be a slow process to go through.

No tracking seems to be a common problem. I myself and 2 people i know have had exactly the same issue. Come along TopCashback get in touch with them and tell them to keep their promises.
