Awful website. I tried to sign up, it came up with a message saying they couldn't verify my age. There was a link to click for information about how to get it confirmed, but clicking that opened something hidden behind the first message, which was impossible to close.

Clicked through and created account 12th June 2014 had to manually submit claim on 28th June 2014.Now 21st May 2015 almost 1 YEAR on and I’m still waiting for cashback, Will Hill fast paying really?! Would give no stars if i could

Be warned. Do not believe this Cashback. In spite of fulfilling all terms & conditions, I am still waiting for cashback from this merchant, when joining to make bets on the last football World Cup. William Hill do not keep their word. I have to give stars 1 to 5 in order to submit this warning. I cannot give minus 5 or I would.

I ONLY do betting and bingo for the cashback. Because I'm on an iPad, I was forced into adding credit via the app. I still added and betted the required amount. Was able to provide full details of my account, the exact time I added the credit etc, only to have my claim denied after three months. My claim was genuine. Do you honestly think I'm the kind of person who a. Regularly bets online and b. Likes sports?!
I can only assume the people who have received their cashback used computers. iPad users beware. At any rate, I'll NEVER use William Hill Sports Betting ever again.

I paid my stake by credit card without realising that I'd be charged a cash advance fee, which I should have realised but it would be helpful if William Hill had warned me about it. Then they didn't pay my cashback, I lodged a claim, they rejected it. Very poor.

I would NOT recommend using this company if you are counting on receiving the cashback offered.
I am still waiting for a cashback payment from them that tracked correctly but was subsequently amended to £0 for reasons only known to William Hill.
It is now 2 years on & I still haven't received the cashback I was offered and the claim is still open.
