Very unreliable regarding cashback. After more than half a year of submitting a cashback claim, the cashback still hasn't tracked. Had more luck with their competitors, so I'll make sure not to deal with this company again.

Very unreliable. Clicked through (after clearing cookies) in June, got the little popup that said the click had been registered, opened an account and bed 10 pounds. The cashback didn't track, however, so I made a claim on 20 June. I still haven't heard anything regarding this claim.
Topcashback should have been a bit more honest about this merchant by setting the standard review ordering on "newest first", rather than the misleading "highest star ratings first". (yes, I can change the order manually, but every time I clear my cookies, which according to TCB should be before any purchase, to be sure, this setting reverts to the highest star setting).
I feel cheated.

Has anyone used the promo code on here and still received the cashback? I'm just a bit skeptical of using it with the
'Please note that the use of a William Hill Sports Betting promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback, may affect your eligibility for cashback.' Comment in the notes.

So it appears that they are paying up now but go back over a year and it doesn't look like they paid cashback to anyone - including me! Pay up William hill all legitimate claims but not being honoured, not good in your line of business !!!!

Does no give cash back even when placing a bet and doing as it says, have waited 4 months for the claim to be tracked only for them to decline, without giving a good reason. Do not use.

These cowboys refused to pay out, even though I met their criteria to the letter. Topcashback eventually paid me half as a goodwill measure, but informed me that William Hill were refusing point blank to pay out. Disgusting!

Cashback not tracked. Placed bet for Grand National, have been in hospital and never thought to check if tracked considering William Hill is a HUGE company!!!
Over 100 days now so doubt I will have any chance getting cashback .... if unsuccessful I will be closing the William Hill account I opened and will tell family and friends to give them a wide berth.
Have never had any problems with any other merchants I have used before on this site.

same as everyone else transaction not tracked - have raised a claim - and to add insult to injury have just found out that when you make your deposit by credit card it is taken by the merchant as a cash withdrawal so not only do you pay a cash withdrawal fee but it is now racking up interest on by CC as well - not good all round!
