Have been a customer of WGAC for many years but sad to see my cash back declined. It won’t put me off ordering as I agree with their ethos and am happy with the product but wish they would remove themselves from Topcashback if they are not going to honour the cashback.

First order with them declined with no reason provided
I placed my first order for a large bundle of their products from their site and whilst I love the products themselves, I don't love that they declined the cashback and didn't provide a reason for doing so. I have used TopCashBack for a long time and know all the usual processes etc but can't recommend you order from WGAC if you're hoping to earn some cashback as a result.

Although I'm very familiar with using TopCashback and I followed all the usual protocols regarding qualifying for cashback, for reasons unknown to me the cashback was declined. I could not file a claim as I no longer had the order number
