Their system "just works". Plug in the box to your modem or router, plug it in to the mains, wait for the box to get your settings, plug in a normal phone and away you go.
You can also set it up to ring your mobile, office or any other phone at the same time as your Vonage phone, and it will connect the call to whichever answers first so you won't miss a call when you're out.
If you're on cable, you can get rid of the separate phone line and just use your broadband connection - it'll save you a good few pounds a month.
