I bought car insurance on my father in-laws behalf with the offer of a good cashback which made the insurance the most competitive going (but only by £10). There was an issue with the payment because the systems on their side crashed and took 3 days to be sorted. All this was in February 2012, now 6 months later they have refused the claim for no given reason and topcashback say the decision is final and is not guaranteed in any case as per their T&C's, so why bother offering the service if they don't back it up with a full customer service team who are prepared to fight it on your behalf? It's left me £55 out of pocket because how can I ask a 69 year old for the extra cash that Volvo are now refusing to honour which I deducted from his payment to me because of the cashback. All in all, very disappointed on this occasion and my advice to anyone reading this - don't use Volvo insurance if you want cashback THEY DON'T PAY !!!!!!!!!!!

Bought this insurance last April. Waited months, patiently, and then told too late to claim. Cashback have reopened but am still waiting.........no hope, I reckon.Very disappointing

4 months now and still No tracking never mind payment from Volvo Insurance!!! Terrible service!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Bought insurance in January 2011, still waiting for the cashback on June 20th 2011 so not very encouraging. However topcashback always respond to enquiries and Volvo customer service is excellent and the insurance was very competitive without cashback. Perhaps I shouldn't have been so greedy to expect such a high rate of cash back in the first place.

got insured in november didnt track at first 2 nudges sent then in may went straight to payable making it a lot cheaper than my old insurance with better cover

Took out insurance with them in March 2010, with the offer of an attractive cashback, but now (in December) still waiting. Manual follow up appears to be a waste of time. On the positive side, their customer service is good.

Took out cover in Feb still waiting for cash back even though i have chased it over and over been told top cash back are waiting for merchant. Overall haooy with the insurance aq good level of cover and they were competative
