Cashback may initially track at a lower or higher rate and update to the correct rate on confirmation.

Cashback will only track if Vitality can track your purchase to us. This means that you must click the ‘Get Cashback link’, go straight through to Vitality’s website and get a quote in the same session without exiting your internet browser.

Purchases from Vitality should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until Vitality confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account.

You will be eligible for your cashback 180 days after your insurance plan start date, provided you haven’t cancelled your insurance plan and your insurance premium is paid in full or payments are fully up to date if paying by Direct Debit.

If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your cashback to be declined or reduced e.g. Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.

Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts.

If you have previously held and/or cancelled a VitalityLife, SIC or IP Insurance plan within the last 12 months, you will not be eligible for this offer.

If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer cashback rates.

If your application for the product is declined by Vitality for any reason you will not be eligible to participate in the promotion.

To be eligible for the cashback offer, the quote has to be started and completed solely on TopCashback. Any quote obtained through a price comparison site and then completed through TopCashback will not be eligible for the cashback.

Vitality reserves the right to cancel your VitalityLife Insurance plan or your eligibility for cashback should we discover or have a reasonable suspicion that the terms and conditions of this offer are being abused.

Cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to Vitality’s hyperlink provided by TopCashback and completing the transaction as you would have if you had visited Vitality’s website directly.

Cashback is available on genuine, tracked purchases only.

Cashback is not paid on VAT and any other additional fees. The cashback amount is on the full basket amount. When a minimum spend threshold is required to be eligible for cashback, Vitality does not include the VAT and fees in the total spend amount.
