Disappointed-No Cashback received
I was a new customer with Vision Direct, the purchase had been tracked, 8% cashback earnings shown in my TopCashback account and received email on the same day saying that I've received it. Then a few days later, the cashback was DECLINED, when queried with TopCashback, VD's agency said there wasn't a transaction to be traced, which is total nonsense, as I clearly had purchased from them, through TopCashback. I won't be shopping with VD again, and I am disappointed with TopCashback for not doing more to dispute this.

Scam - no cashback shown in Topcashback
Although it had been tracked and received email on the same day when I bought from Vision Direct via Topcashback link.
The cashback was DECLINED without any reason! Scam!

Service is fine, cashback not so much...
I order from this company quite often, and also quite often the cashback is just declined, very quickly too. As an existing customer the cashback is so tiny I don't think it's worth chasing up!
