	Always decline cashback! Garbage cashback, good company. I have used them for many years and their service and their contacts are great, however, to be on a cashback site and ALWAYS 100% decline the cashback deserves a 1 star review on here and removal frankly. Would continue to buy from them direct.

	new setup account cashback rejected i made the first purchase with my new setup account but the cashback is rejected by vision direct. will never purchase from there.

	Don't bother! Don't waste your time! For whatever reason my cashback didn't track. So I raised a claim after 7 days. Compared to other retailers they responded to the claim quite quickly. But that's where any positives end. They declined my cashback, saying that TopCashback was not the final referrer - which is nonsense. I didn't use another discount code, nor did I receive any discount or deal from elsewhere. Bottom line is this - I made a purchase, you delivered the goods and you can see there was a purchase. I completed my side - you failed to honour yours, and for that I wont be purchasing again. Even after the cashback, they would have only been £3-£4 cheaper than my high street opticians!

	Never Payout. Always declined I have to agree with everyone who has left a review for Vision DIrect, no matter how often i purchase via Topcashback (and I always double check that the transaction is through TCB), Vision DIrect NEVER payout. This is most disappointing. TCB should simply remove them from their offers list. Do the homework, TCB, listen to the reviews and remove them or get them committed to the whole purpose of this site .

	Disappointed-No Cashback received I was a new customer with Vision Direct, the purchase had been tracked, 8% cashback earnings shown in my TopCashback account and received email on the same day saying that I've received it. Then a few days later, the cashback was DECLINED, when queried with TopCashback, VD's agency said there wasn't a transaction to be traced, which is total nonsense, as I clearly had purchased from them, through TopCashback. I won't be shopping with VD again, and I am disappointed with TopCashback for not doing more to dispute this.

	Scam - no cashback shown in Topcashback Although it had been tracked and received email on the same day when I bought from Vision Direct via Topcashback link. The cashback was DECLINED without any reason! Scam!

	Service is fine, cashback not so much... I order from this company quite often, and also quite often the cashback is just declined, very quickly too. As an existing customer the cashback is so tiny I don't think it's worth chasing up!
