Needed internet at my warehouse but was declined
Needed internet and went onto this site because after checking my postcode and address it said I could get 600mb download speeds.
Signed up online for a 24month contract, filled in direct debit details and confirmed it all. An hour later I get an email saying we cant provide you with any services and we're cancelling your order.
Great. Just wasted 2 hours of my life!

We'll it got declined and had to raise a case...
Raised a case after it did not come through the normal channels and got declined. Had to wait i think 100 days before it would show but waited probably 5 months before it was declined. 3 months later after raising a case and we actually got the outcome. Worth following up as quite a few big shots try it on. Some you win, some you don't.
