Each time I use Viovet, I have to lodge a missing cashback claim. This is very frustrating. Always resolved quickly once lodged.

Appalling. Promise delivery dates they can't stick to and dispatch "when they can be bothered". They supply pet medication so this is just an appalling way to operate.

The products are a good buy and delivery is quick. I have purchased a few times and have never had problems. Only negative is that it never seems to track and always have to put in missing cashback claims, but these do get agreed quickly.
