	Not as good as it used to be Viovet used to be the best company on this site for speed of payout. Lately my payouts haven't been tracking and I've had to chase every one. Viovet are a very good online retailer generally, however, and delivery is usually swift.

	Orders have got a lot slower recently! Have always previously had no problems with my orders from Viovet, although recently they have taken a lot longer to arrive. Also, their communication is not great as they do let make you aware if they are holding your order because one item is not yet in stock.

	Viovet service is great but for some reason I have to raise a Cashback claim on every order. Eventually I do get my cashback but it’s frustrating to have to go through the process.

	We buy from Viovet regularly because of their good prices but cash back never tracks and I always have to lodge a claim. Claims are always resolved efficiently but it's hassle to do it every time

	I always have to lodge a ticket to get my cashback, once done this is quickly resolved.

	Each time I use Viovet, I have to lodge a missing cashback claim. This is very frustrating. Always resolved quickly once lodged.

	Denies cashback Used them for the first time. Whilst they delivered product promptly, cashback did not work. Flagged this with Topcashback. They declined to give cashback. Obviously have a tracking issue. Now a retailer I avoid.

	Not correct cashback Ordered horse medication through this merchant and didnt get the advertised amount or percentage back , no whave to make a claim proabbly wont use again

	Order not delivered Despite the promise of rapid delivery for my dog food order it never arrived. Tried to contact via phone on multiple occasions and the closest I got to someone answering was No. 27 in the queue!! E mailed, to be told a reply would follow in about a week!! Meanwhile we rapidly ran out of dog food. Customer service for this company is at best abysmal, low cost products obviously come with low cost service, not recommended.

	Order a urgent product for a sick cat paid for next day delivery which i did not get found that they wrote on my order dispatched and delivered yet the courier tracking said they didnt even dispatch it till next day dont answer emails then i found this on one review siteWarning! We have noticed that VioVet is cherry picking happy customers to leave reviews this may skew the overall rating.

	Very disappointing - every time I purchase from this company I have to submit a 'Missing Cashback Claim' in order to get cashback - this is annoying and could mean that I could easily overlook a claim

	Appalling. Promise delivery dates they can't stick to and dispatch "when they can be bothered". They supply pet medication so this is just an appalling way to operate.
