My transactions with Vapermate used to track perfectly, but about a year and a half ago they stopped tracking at all and I had to start making "Untracked Cashback" claims. Some of these were eventually paid out, but I've still got 4 sitting there going as far back as November 2017

Yesterday I got an email from the Group Chief Executive of Eos Leisure (The parent company of Vapemate) who informed me that the tracking issue has been resolved and claims, both old and new, should start being paid out fairly soon.,

Stopped using as cashback hasnt tracked correctly for a while, despite lodging missing claims, Was expecting cashback each time around £10 would end up getting 89p. Its not tracking properly so no longer a vapemate customer

At first I had no problem whatsoever in getting cashback from Vapemate, and then suddenly I was getting incorrectly tracked transactions every single time! I'm happy to say, though, that most of them have been looked at and the correct amount has been given (or will be given once they progress to payable status. Since then I've had no problems at all, again.

As an e-liquid provider, I can't complain about Vapemate as a company, and certainly can't complain about their vast range of e-liquids either,,,What I can have a little moan about, though, is the fact that NONE of my purchases from them over the last few months have tracked correctly, meaning that I've had to submit a lot of "Incorrectly tracked" tickets.

Vapemate is the only company I buy my eliquid from. They have a huge range of flavours at decent prices, and they're usually delivered within a day or two. Make sure that you haven't added anything to your basket before clicking through via TCB though - I've been caught out by that in the past!
