Tracked immediately, and cashback became payable about 6 weeks after transaction. Have usede this retailer a few times. As others have noted, not all products are delivered immediately, but I've not had any problems with communication about when I should expect delivery.

I have only dealt with this company this year so have no experience other than for what is in progress at the moment. I have received most of the plants ordered and on the whole they haver been very good, but the last items arrived in a poor state which I immediately reported via email to the email address given, and after a reminder for them to give a comment, I still have not heard from them after six days. Not good.

Transaction tracked ok, but still no payment after 9 months. Logged query with TCB 8 months ago. Will not be expecting any cashback from this company in the future.

I advise people not to order from this company. Items were all recieved but they took £10 extra from my credit card and so far have not replied to emails. I am still pursuing. They also send by normal post each item seperatly and dont tell you when they are being delievered. One item was within the next 2 months (and over the holiday period) and if you are not in to recieve the plants then they sit in a post office dying. I have also not recieved any cash back and it has been over 2 months. Have issued a manual claim but still waiting for retailer. Not good, not good at all.

Awful customer services, over 15 emails send over consecutive days after the receipt of dead plants, and the non-delivery of some others, received emails to say they will be in contact within 48 hours but they never do, finally received a reply that had nothing whatsoever to do with my query, still trying to get my issue sorted.

I spent overall just short of £51 with Van Meuwen and got no cashback,the perennial plants i recieved arrived bone dry and very small in size.so be aware that their perennial plants are very poor value.You would be better off spending your time and money on far bigger and better quality plants at your local garden centre. re dry and of poor quality and size for the price.Wish i had just gone to my local garden centre instead.I will not be using this poor outfit again.
