	Worth the wait. Offer made via Topcashback. 6 month wait for the AA to respond. Followed up several times by Uswitch personnel, eventually with success. I was kept informed.

	Took approx 12 weeks over expected time to get money. A good payout but very slow to receive and had to raise a ticket as it did not track to start with.

	Slow. I bought car insurance in August, finally received cashback in march. Not worth the wait really. It was only supposed to take 12 weeks.

	Uswitch are a Waste of time. Purchased car insurance through Uswitch and Topcashback, followed correct process, received validation email. Pending on Topcashback account for over 90 days, submitted cashback request for £37. It has been declined now twice. Never spent so much time on Car Insurance cashback. Complete waste of time. Uswitch should be removed from Topcashback. 0/10 feedback for them.

	Declined Cashback on Car Insurance Declined cashback when I purchased car insurance with Halifax. I have provided all the detail requested and still refused to payout. Do not use. Uswitch should be removed from TopCashback.

	Cashback declined after over 10 months Have been chasing £40 cashback offer for car insurance taken out 15 mar 2023. Finally told reference is not recognised. 10 months & 15 days wasting my time. Ignore most recent reviews & check all mainly 1 star for same reasons. I do not recommend this company & Topcashback should take responsibility for hosting them when they are clearly ripping customers off.

	Unpaid cashback Sadly this is a common occurrence with this supplier. TCB said cashback declined, I went straight to the company who told me they would honour the cashback and TCB would pay it. Nothing has been paid.

	Cashback declined After eight months Uswitch decides that they cannot find the motor vehicle comparison purchase even though I have supplied all the details required and screen shot of transaction at time of purchase. I will not be using Uswitch again. Disappointed and suspicious it’s just a cost saving exercise to decline a couple of cash backs now and then.

	6 months later cashback still not confirmed I am not sure how this is even legal. A cashback is promised as part of the deal but doesn't even confirm let alone pay out

	No alternative reference number Like the other reviewers, I have had the request for an alternative reference number. Unfortunately, I don't have one, despite just following the links in succession from the Topcashback site. Tried to explain and pursue it but doesn't look like it will go any further. I had, perhaps naively, factored the cashback into the overall cost so may have been better going with a more reliable site. Definitely one to be wary of when factoring in cashback to the overall cost of your car insurance quote.

	Refuses to pay Cashback I decided to switch car insurers using Uswitch on 24/10/22, as they were offering £40 cashback through Topcashback.co.uk Topcashback asked me for the "order number" for my car insurance. Uswitch do not provide an order number. The only reference number I have is my policy number for my new policy with Churchill, opened through Uswitch. Topcashback have now declined my claim, saying the following:- "We have now received an update on your claim and I am sorry to say that this has been declined by the retailer's network agency as they are unable to locate your purchase using the reference you have provided as your main order reference. This is because the retailer's network agency uses the order reference to locate the purchase and assess if it is eligible for cashback, so if they are unable to locate the purchase, then they will invariably decline the claim." So I have provided the only reference number that exists, but Uswitch are refusing to pay out. I could have received a smaller amount of cashback using a different site. So beware of Uswitch. They may offer the biggest saving, but they renege on their promises.

	Declined Cashback for no reason. Declined cashback stating their network agency couldn't trace the order. Liars, they can see from the account what the order was. Do they think we're stupid? FOS complaint incoming to uswitch who unlikely won't uphold but hope the £750 FOS investigation fee was worth declining my small amount of cashback.
