	Oh so slow with cash back It took 9 months for my cash back via Top Cash Back to be cleared. Although the process of selecting services is easy because it takes so long for the reward to be cleared you dont expect to get anything but they ask you for feedback immediately after the purchase - well thats not the whole story is it.

	Took so long I had forgotten about it. I used this site in early August 2025 and earned £40.00 cashback, the estimated pay time was 31 weeks , I have just received this money making the timeline 41 weeks although in all fairness I had forgotten about it so it came as a nice surprise. Better to receive after a long time rather than never. Think this company would benefit by speeding up payment times.

	Not a good experience I had to fight hard for payment of cash back from U switch, and only after help from TopCashBack after I lodged a missing cash back claim was the payment made.

	Good quote Got a quote for car insurance, it was the same as Compare the Market. Good thing was there was £30 cash back (compared to £25 from CtM). Estimated 31 weeks for cashback to appear but after all, it's free money! I'm happy!

	Slow slow slow cashback I purchased car insurance through Uswitch. The cashback was pending for over 31 weeks with no sign of payment.

	Remove this retailer from TopCashback You don't get any cashback by using this retailer. The pages of 1 star reviews speak for themselves. My cashback tracked but was shown at £0 and awaiting uplift, it was explained that this would happen before the amount was shown. 8 months later still displaying pending uplift, but has recently changed to declined, as it over 180 days I am unable to make a claim about the denied cashback. Ridiculous.

	No cashback paid yet Bought energy and mobile from them back at end of Sept . 8 weeks was told by TCB . End of Jan now and nothing after over 16 weeks. Contacted TCB told to wait longer . By the reviews on here doubt I'll get anything . They need removing from the TCB site Zero stars

	Does not pay out The cashback tracked, and then declined. No way of raising this with topcashback as the purchase no longer shows. They tell you to wait before raising a dispute, but by the time it declines, it's too late. Why is this merchant still on here?!

	disgusting service Why are Topcashback still allowing this company to 'trade' on their platform? They will refuse your cashback under the pretence of not being able to find your purchase. All the reviewers on all the Uswitch catergories on here cannot be wrong. DO NOT GO THROUGH USWITCH ON HERE, THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT. Topcashback are a DISGRACE for allowing it to continually happen.

	Scam Zero stars! I should have read the reviews. Tracked at zero from the start. Pending for 9 months and then declined stating policy wasnt bought via TCB....although it had tracked straight away. Will not be using Uswitch again regardless of price. Lacks integrity!

	Very easy and straightforward I used USwitch for car insurance. I was pleased with the quotes I got and it was straightforward to switch. It took a while for the Cashback to come through but it was very nice to get a text telling me it had been paid

	Declined after 8 months Had cashback pending from uSwitch since last November, status was even updated to pending uplift in January. Eventually declined at the end of July without reason. Will never use again

	Don't offer cashback when you NOT pay ! This is the second time I've purchased insurance through this site and for the second time I haven't received the announced cashback. When it comes to taking money, everyone is friendly, but when it comes to giving, they hide behind walls of inaccessibility. Don't scam people if you're not willing to pay

	Awful Actually 0 stars. I’ve been waiting since July and am still waiting. Declined at first after months of waiting so i appealed that as i followed all rules. Topcashback say my claim is valid but i still have up to 8 weeks to wait again. I wouldnt recommend this compare site at all
