Confirmed cashback suddenly declined. Also just after the 100 day mark so unable to raise any query with customer services. If UK Power dupes its customers at the initial stages of their contract what does that say for their continued service. Will be moving on ASAP.

really disappointed, after a few months of confirmed cashback it then turned to declined.(Some explanation from the merchant UKpower would be nice) I tried to then make a claim via topcashback but not possible as order made over 100days grrrrrrr. I will now contact the energy supplier I switched to, and if they can't offer me the expected cashback I am switching again!!!!
