BEWARE "Poor in paying, if not tracked properly they tell you to wait everytime you ask where the cashback owed is, eventually after many months you get told no you can not have the cashback, so be carefull".

It took 9 months to receive cashback that was originally supposed to take 12 weeks. I am not happy with this and won't use this switching service again.

dont understand how the tracking statistics say 6 months, ive been waiting 8 months. After reading the recent reviews i realise i may have many more months to wait. I have used other utility comparison sites where the payment speed is only a few months
