	Terrible. The slowest payout I have ever experienced. It took 14 months to receive this cashback and I hadlong since written off this money, not expecting it to be paid.

	Started August 2015....No CB but has been confirmed alledgedlly...Ill be due to move again soon...Had to lodge a claim as it wasnt even tracked. Still waiting to become payable...

	Very poor - still waiting at 30 weeks. Like others, would give zero stars if I could, and also disappointed that TCB don't blacklist merchants who don't pay out as promised. If TCB think this merchant's performance is ok, just take a look at the view "Date - most recent first" and see how many of the comments are negative compared to positive.

	Six months after initiating the switch, I'm still waiting for my cashback. Other comparison sites pay out in two weeks! Also tracked at the wrong amount. No point chasing the highest cashback rate if you have to keep chasing the cashback.

	Estimate says 12 weeks, 17 weeks later no sign of cashback, how this merchant are allowed to advertise is beyond me, seeing other reviews about the lenght of time it takes. Will not use again and would have takne my business elsewhere.

	DO NOT USE. Shocking and disappointing service from UK Power - definitely NOT payable within 12 weeks. Took me six months and continual pushing of TCB to get the money finally paid. TCB were as supportive as possible but not sure why they continue to let UK Power to be promoted on their site when they have such a poor record in terms of actual payment and timescale. Avoid UK Power at all costs.

	Absolute con artists. I used this comparison site through topcashback and after months of asking them to pay the £40 they owed for my switch they have declined to pay. Do yourself a favour and use another site for switching. I will never trust or use them again

	Awful - used them and bought through them in Jan2015. Its now Dec 2015 and nothing. Logged ticket with Customer Services who have replied each time but still no outcome as to where the cashback is or when (if ever) I will get it.

	Tracked quickly then declined. Raised a support ticket which has now been declined again. Wouldn't recommend them at all, and feel that their continued inclusion as a merchant reflects badly on topcaskback

	Cashback tracked then declined. Use one of the other switching cashback services and this one did not pay out.
