	pulling a fast one Either Tui or TCB are pulling a fast one,saying my cashback was declined as TCB were not the last referral. utter rubbish cleared all history and cookies before i made the purchase and went right from TCB to the TUI site. someone is having a laugh.

	No Stars but have to give 1...still waiting for TUI ..but thanks to TCB. Nearly a year and no cashback forthcoming from TUI. Have bought 2 cruises, Oct 2022 and January 2023. Bad form and poor customer service from TUI....and I`m a shareholder!

	A waste of time... I submitted a claim back in Sept 2021 for a flight that I booked with TUI. Fast forward nearly 2 years to August 2023 and Tui have still not paid out. Top Cashback have followed my claim throughout and challenged TUI's reasons for not honouring my claim but eventually they have advised me that it is very unlikely that TUI will ever pay what they owe. If you submit a claim with TUI be prepared for a long wait and the strong possibility of a negative outcome.

	Rubbish & dishonest - avoid! We only booked our holiday with the TUI due to the TopCashback offer (rather than via Jet2) All processes were followed but TUI declined to pay cash back, saying they could not prove the referral from TopCashback. As cash back is not paid until after you return from your holiday, we are left feeling that we were lured in and then let down after the fact.

	Any excuse not to pay Booked a holiday and cash back was declined with a weak unchallengeable excuse. Not happy to be told 14 weeks after they have had the booking and the money .

	Took over six months to pay - unacceptable I booked a holiday with TUI last October (2022) with travel dates for the first week of December 2022. Firstly the booking never showed on my TopCashback account but luckily I had taken note of the booking date and queried it on the system which had registered my visit but then I had to submit a support ticket to initiate any action being taken on trying to secure the cash back. Nothing happened for some time but after further promptings - nudges - from me the cash back eventually showed as pending. But without further nudges from me I doubt it would ever have reached payable, which it finally did earlier this week - some SIX months after I made the trip. Totally unacceptable for a company like TUI to behave in such a manner. Not helped by totally inept customer service from TopCashback, and not for the first time.

	Extra holiday discount Always looking for extra discount on a holiday, booking through top cashback gets the exact same price as going directly to Tui web site. Takes a couple of months after your return from holiday but is always cash to look forward to and Tui payout every time. Thankyou Tui and Topcashback.

	Disappointing experience Booked with Tui via Topcashback. Despite following all the right steps the cashback did not track. I had to place a claim, which took 3 months to be responded to after the return date of the holiday and was rejected.

	Declined Was just thinking about booking this years holiday and this reminded me to avoid Tui. Didn't pay out because 'wasn't the last merchant', I entirely disagree....pretty careful when it's such a large purchase amount. Will vote with my wallet from now on and avoid using this non-paying merchant for future holidays.

	Don't depend on this...they don't pay out I clearly used the link, as it showed up on the browser title bar. I bought the holiday in one sitting. No codes, no cookies etc. Didn't track, and declined the claim. Since the cashback amounts of large holidays are so high, it is clear they don't want to pay out. Don't bother expecting this payment from TUI and don't let it influence your holiday choice.

	Avoid - Doesn't seem to want to track I wonder why Avoid, terrible. Big holiday and surprise cashback refused... chased and over 2 yrs. Wouldn't expect your cashback and TCB need to check the percentage payout on this merchant as I bet they are lower than most.
