Disappointing Experience with Topcashback & TSB Spend & Save Account
I opened a Spend & Save account with TSB on 08/10/2023 with the expectation of receiving cashback for opening the account. Unfortunately, this did not track for cashback. After six months, I am still facing the hassle of chasing the cashback with topcashback, only to be disappointed by their refusal to pay. This experience has been a complete waste of my time.

No cashback after 8 months wait, so closed account and within a couple of weeks TSB declined the cashback.

Refuse to pay cashback
I met the criteria for cashback according to terms and conditions. Opened account in Aug - despite chasing regular, only got response from TSB in April following year to decline cashback. Don't bother expecting cashback. Slow response time.
