Booked a Premier Inn, but cashback declined as "TopCashback could not be identified as the last click to the purchase" - of course they weren't, i got re-directed to the Premier Inn website. Will not be using TA again, will stick with ebookers as they always pay up without VAT removed.

Absolutely terrible. Did not track. I’ve over £1,000 cash back, so know how to use this site. Retailer then declines my missing cashback claim, as can’t find my booking, despite the booking being in my tripadvisor account, booking reference numbers provided and having the confirmation e-mail which states “booked via tripadvisor”. TopCashback decline to reinvestigate, stating need new reference number from tripadvisor and to contact them directly to get one. Tripadvisor confirm my booking and confirm only reference number they have is one already provided to TopCashback. Going round in circles!

Gave the booking order number and oh they couldnt trace it so declined my cashback, fortunately i kept the email with the other ref number so i wont be letting it lie, had no problems with booking.com but wont be using these fools again

Refused to give cashback as advertised despite the fact I provided all the reference details to evidence booking. Another indicator of how the Trip Advisor site has markedly declined over recent years. Would give them zero out of five if it was an option. Avoid!

No cashback as "Not met terms and conditions”, however that's a lie. I have been using TopCashback for years and know how to comply with terms and conditions!

Refused cashback as I “Not met terms and conditions”, which is simply not true. I see am not the first person to suffer this fate. I will never use this lying merchant again and suggest others avoid too.

Cashback denied because "Not met terms and conditions" although I booked directly through their website and did not use any unauthorised vouchers, etc. I would give no stars if I could. Avoid this site and use someone reliable like ebookers who pay up with no quibbles
