Don't expect cashback
Really disappointed, we use tapo for Everything and thought we would go direct instead of amazon, only for a few quid cashback, well they didn't pay it so it's left us a bit resentful,shame on u tapo, amazon are cheaper, remember your roots. I wish I'd of gone via amazon and not paid direct, disappointed in tapo

Untrustworthy
Reduced the original tracked amount, then a month later cancelled it completely. Reading other reviews Tapo seem to do this frequently. Do not trust this company they lure you in with false promises of cashback that they have absolutely no intention of giving.

Didn’t track
2 orders didn’t track. However waited 7 days and put in a missing claim. This has been sorted quickly by tcb at a slightly lower amount than than they calculated on the form but it’s something back. Item was sent and received quickly with a bonus free gift on one order.
