My Policy was up for renewal soon so i thought I would get these guys to quote. Did all the correct click throughs and spent half an hour filling out the form. They called me back to ask the same questions again and ended up with an extremely expensive and un-competative quote. Months later no cashback (for applying), filed missing claim, again months later cashback declined. Towergate why bother luring possible customers with cashback when you decide you don't want to pay up... Bad form on Towergate's part!! I will never bother trying them again and take my business somewhere else...

Avoid this company like the plague! Appalling customer service, never call back when promised. I made a claim for storm damage to my roof in December. They have messed me about for seven weeks now. Their original offer would not even cover the scaffolding cost, and after all this time (and more damage to the roof arising from their delay) they have finally agreed a sum of over 4 times this - as of yesterday. Wish I had read the reviews of them before taking out a policy, as can't find a good review anywhere. Be warned!

After reading comments of others, it is quite obvious that TCB has become a part of such a scamm; and will start losing business.
Recently quite a few cashbacks of my friends and family members have been declined and this is harming TCB's reputation.
TCB should pull their socks up if they are to remain a reputable and profitable company.

Should have read the reviews before going through the process of entering all the details. Complete waste of time as others have experienced - advised that it was not possible to generate any quotes online. Expect the phone to ring shortly.

I tried to get a quote from this company and had no quotes available online, however, 5 minutes later my phone rang and the agent from the company had a raft of quotes for me to go through. Obviously they are just using the site for free advertising and are avoiding having to make cashback payments.
