Tried to use Tesco vouchers along with the cash back and was told you can't use the vouchers online and that you have to use them in store then losing the free delivery option

Tiles purchased August 2012. Still havent have my cashback. A long time to wait for £30. Slowest cashback ive experienced through the site and not sure why it has taken so long.

Good quality products purchased but the cashback element is poor, over 3 and a half months and still no sign of this cashback being confirmed. Judging by other comments ill be waiting at least another 3 months.

Good products, basic customer service and cashback redemption is non-existent! Customer services seems to be run in the back of a bedroom - phoned a few times no answer and then not the most helpful. Still waiting after 6 months for confirmation of cashback, let alone the cashback. Good products - but don't expect cashback.

The cashback tracked very quickly - next day if I remember rightly. In terms of Topps Tiles service, I'm not sure whether to be impressed or not! I ordered on Sunday 14 Nov and it's been delivered today, Thurs 18 Nov, which is quick and I'm pleased with that - I'm certainly not knocking it. However, I'd asked customer services beforehand what the delivery procedure would be as we needed the flooring before we moved house but needed to make sure it arrived on a day I was in. Customer services said I'd get a call in advance to arrange delivery but I didn't (unless you class this as the call I received a few hours ahead of the delivery). What caused me problems was that the whole order has been delivered today (Thurs 18 Nov) despite my order online right now still showing just the underlay dispatched and that the rest is still to come. As a result I hadn't made space for the flooring yet and had to quickly move things to get it in. So, what I'd say is, while delivery time is quick, don't trust what it says on the online order tracking. I'll probably email them my feedback just so they're aware. Companies can't improve if they don't know it's an issue.

on the Top Cash back Site, Topps Tiles are flagged as 'faster paying' however, now that I have made my purchase, it states 15 weeks.

The online ordering system from topps tiles is a shambles because the order is actually arranged by your local store. This means that any problems with your order are dealt with by that store and you have to take tiles to that store for a refund if they are damaged (even though you bought them online). But their online and in-store order IT systems don't tie up very well. It's almost worth not buying online, but then you have to pay the extortionate £42 delivery fee (free online for orders over £150 at the moment). My online order from December 2013 is still showing as pending on topcashback - this is because it is still showing as "order is being processed" on the topps tiles system, even though the tiles have been delivered and installed! I think they will wait for 100 days, then cancel the cashback, because after that time you cannot submit a cashback claim. Overall, I wouldn't rate the service from topps tiles as anything more than average. And, more importantly, I would not rely on getting any cashback from them.

The product was great and delivered as promised. TopCashBack on the other hand have let me down - it is still pending after six months! Not impressed.

I ordered 15 packs of laminate flooring from them got cashback payable to my account. 2 packs of flooring was left and took them to shop for refund. Finally I found out the cashback has been taken out from my account and for the transaction shows £0.00 cashback. I lost 1.5 pack of flooring amount of cashback because I returned 2 packs of the remaining flooring. BEWARE

If i could leave no stars, i would. Made a valid purchase as per terms and cashback showing as confirmed but £0.00 meaning they have declined it. Can't see a valid reason why. Disappointed!

Buy from them and they dont honour their cash back rates rubbish company. Also more expensive than other tiling shops.

Cashback tracked straight away but was never confirmed and payment is a month overdue! Product was delivered later than quoted and arrived in dirty boxes which marked my carpet.
