	Con artists Offered £166 - said that phone was beyond expected wear. Offered £15. Would use it as a paperweight before accepting that. Phone was in very good condition - not brand new as that’s not what it is and also couldn’t be expected. Do not sell to them. Do not waste your time and effort to be insulted.

	Terrible Absolutely horrendous company. Will offer you a decent price for your phone and then make up their own faults with it. My phone had a brand-new back on it and a brand-new screen and they reported that both were cracked. They also dropped the phone price from £380-£90. They also found multiple other faults. Seems to be a common theme so stay clear. Absolute scam.

	Rip off merchants Offered me a price for phone of £200 and I was honest with condition only for them to review and drop to £75. The video provided shows nothing that they claim is wrong with the phone. Absolutely jokers and clearly misleading customers with high quotes and then pulling the pants down. Disgusting company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

	Beware I would not recommend using this service. They will offer you a price and then stretch their imagination to find "defects" in order to lower the price. In the event that they re-offer you a lower price, you have to phone them in order to get your device returned. And you will listen for 15 minutes to someone telling you all about how he's worked with all of the major phone recyclers himself and he knows that you will not get a better price than this, blah, blah, blah. I'm very disappointed that TCB has put their name behind this.

	Sell My Phone I was given a quotation for selling my mobile phone of £170 which I accepted. TopCashback were offering a bonus of £25 which I thought was a good deal. I sent off my phone a couple of days later their offer was reduced to £65? I contacted them to find out why this was and they immediately upped the offer to £90. This firm is a cowboy outfit who make money at your expense. I requested the phone was returned which they did and I sold it privately for £200. So if you are considering this method of selling your phone be careful.

	Ridiculous lowball offer Sent a perfect phone expecting a certain price as good condition, offered half the price for the slightest smudge mark on screen. Took it elsewhere and sold it for a respectable amount.

	Scammers. Avoid. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs. They will wilfully damage your device to offer a far reduced price - over £150 less than advertised. Will deny this even when photographic evidence is provided. Then left with either a damaged phone or their low offer. Sell at a local mobile shop who will offer you more without the hassle.

	Don't do it! Prices offered change when they receive the phone! Offered 225 for iPhone 15 declined offered 50 for Samsung s23. Subsequently sold elsewhere for 320 and 170 respectively. £215 difference!

	Wish I had read the reviews first! Had a fair £40 offer for a damaged phone to be told it’s worth £0 - mainly down to battery life - 2% lower than what is deemed unacceptable and a problem with the front camera which was fine when I went it off (I’ve seen a similar reviews stating the same reasons so seems more than a coincidence). Being clear about the battery life from you outset could save a whole load of hassle. Personally I think TopCashback shouldn’t be promoting a company with so many bad reviews.

	Avoid at all costs Their definition of good means immaculate. Shipped an iPhone 13 mini. Received a video to state the rear camera was crushed which seemed highly unlikely. Reduced the payment from £190 to a worldly £25. Due to this requested the phone was returned. Decided was received promptly. However I’m not missing the rear lens covered, to which they’ve deemed an accessory. I fail to see how a lens cover which is part of the phone is an accessory. I fail to see why TopCashBank, even put their name anywhere near this cowboy of an outfit

	Scam! Avoid Disgusting company. Quoted for phones in immaculate condition- £265 for one and £160 for the other. I paid to have them checked and report on them from a local company before I sent as I had read the reviews. Today they have offered £130 for one and £30 for the other! It is quite clear this is what they do and it is not acceptable at all. Thank goodness I had paid to have them checked and had the report

	Don’t bother - waste of time I had an initial trade in value which was around £50 more than I could have sold on eBay which I did find quite surprising for a 3 year old iPhone. I posted off my phone genuinely expecting to get the £350 offered or slightly lower based on my grading compared to theirs. My battery health is 79% and their cut off is apparently 80%. With this in mind they then revised to offer down to £35…….£350 to £35 because the battery is 1% below their cut off for a 3 year old phone!!! I don’t believe I was genuinely ever going to get the price offered, as I say they could have just bought an iPhone 13 Pro off eBay cheaper. If this was a genuine and honest service dropping from £350 to say £250 to cover a new battery would have been acceptable……not that it needs a new battery and even at 79% is perfectly acceptable for a 3 year old phone. Avoid this company and go elsewhere!!

	absolute waste of time Got a quote for my iphone 12 64g which i classed as good for 165. waited almost 4 days for them to tell me my offer was 10 pounds which a joke apparently an issue on the front camera which worked perfectly before this! Now i have to wait and see how long it takes to get back to me. Avoid.

	Read reviews! Prices appear great, grading system offered at point of submission differs to the system they used when inspecting. Offered less than expected suggesting issues with screen condition when their own video proved otherwise. No easy way to contact to discuss. Ended up accepting offer.

	AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolute scammers. Sent a grade A phone worth £450 and was sent £290 after finding an apparent fault. Can’t communicate directly with them and they don’t reply to messages or emails. Stay clear of Compare and recycle too as they are listed on there. Will be getting trading standards involved. Please please don’t sell your phone to these criminals.

	Terrible and total lack of transparency Classic move of good headline offer then switching the offer to a downgraded quality. Asked for statistics on how many phones were downgraded and customer advisor didn‘t provide this just speculated

	Read the reviews before sending Sent my phone after being given a decent initial price. Like with most other reviews in here they will degrade the value of your phone once sent and offer you a low price. They did send the phone back quickly once I decline though

	Quick & easy! Was paid what I was quoted, process was quick & easy too. Communication great, told me when they had received my phone, when it had me checked & confirmed my payment would be available in 48hrs and was there in less than that. Perfect! Thank you so much would send another phone to them. Make sure your package your phone well, I sent mine in original box wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic envelope bag. Thank you so much!
