DONT Bother, rip off, joke of a company.
was offered £201, sent me a counter off saying the phone was i average condition so was only worth £85 !! The phone had no major scratches or making on the screen or the back. Condition is Good, not perfect or excellent .... Don't waste your time with these jokers. sell of FB marketplace. They have another phone of mine, that never saw the day of light, in perfect condition. Lets see what they offer for that !

Very poor
I sent my phone in and was offered £170. They came back and reduced it to £25 saying it was faulty.
The phone was not faulty, they ran tests which the phone had passed and had come back saying it was working fully. There was some light scratching on the red outside (not the screen just normal usage), which they said made the device ‘faulty’.
Don’t bother, it’s essentially a scam.
