TopCashback denied
Submitted a claim as TopCashback didn’t track on a £400 purchase, despite me going through TopCashback site and making a purchase as I have successfully with hundreds of other merchants. Beware if you are only purchasing from this merchant in order to lower overall price using TopCashback, as you may find you are out of pocket. Service provider by retailer was good but very disappointed at them declining my cashback.
