Bought tickets in 2013. Cashback declined despite following instructions to the letter as I always do. Also they offered such a poor CB rate.
When made a missing CB claim, it dragged on for over a year. Ticketmaster says wrong order ID provided despite providing all the necessary information (and additional info) including the correct order ID as stated in their purchase conformation email and the tickets received.
Also despite paying a lot for the tickets, being charged by ticketmaster to print tickets at home using your own printer is a joke.

Transaction didn't track, and although I immediately put up a claim, including all the details, it took more than nine months to get an answer back from Ticketmaster - they finally declined the claim, without bothering to mention any reason at all (which makes sense, as there was no violation of their or TCB's rules, and all the order's details were provided). Don't recommend them - use a less greedy and more customer friendly company when booking your tickets!

Always pleased with Ticketmaster. My preferred site for London shows and never any issues with cash back tracking. Transactions always show up within minutes of placing orders.

Waited 6 months to get transaction declined - poor show. I'll be steering clear of TicketMaster in future. Doesn't help TC's reputation when it can do nothing about bad practices of some retailers...:-(

While the amount offered isnt that great its a does mount up if you use them regularly. I use Ticketmaster to purchase ice hockey tickets fairly regularly so it is definitely adding up. Always tracks quickly and turns to payable quite fast.

I have followed the correct procedure before purchase (i.e. delete cookies etc.) as I always do when I click through TCB. But Ticketmaster cashback did not track. TCB confirmed I have clicked through them, and I had the purchase confirmation email so I made a missing CB claim. 8 months later ticketmaster declined cashback saying they cannot trace the transaction.
Also what they charge for me to print the ticket at home is way too much.
I cannot recommend Ticketmaster. Very bad service.

I spent £383 on 2 festival tickets and got a total of £1.20 cashback. 60p each, seriously??
£0.40 - £4.84? How much do you seriously have to spend on a ticket to get £4.84 back?
