so, so disappointed that my £60 cashback for a Three Sim-Only deal failed to track back in November....and nearly 8 months later all I get is the opportunity to give Topcashback a nudge about my claim... NOT HAPPY

Got cashback on first purchase but they declined a subsequent purchase. 3 systems were crashing across the period and I ended up having to call and they sorted eventually. Yhey confirmed that they would honour the original booking. Tried to investigate claim but Cashback site will not allow me to search becasue seemingly 100days since purchase.

I used TopCashBack to purchase Three’s ‘essentials’ plan; the cashback was paid, and Three’s signal is good. However, Three no longer offer essential plans, just the expensive advanced plans. I wanted to stay with Three, but the price was no longer competitive. I therefore ported to SMARTY. SMARTY is owned and run by the same company who own Three, therefore it’s the same great signal. It is cheaper than Three, and there is no Indian call centres to deal with. Unfortunately, TopCashBack etc. aren’t able to offer a link to save money when signing up with SMARTY, but this referral gives you the second month free of charge. http://referme.to/2mDgkso I couldn’t find any other SIM only deal offering unlimited minutes, unlimited texts [including MMS] from £5 per month. Took three days from ordering the SIM to it arriving and my number successfully porting over. Very happy, especially with the free month I gained on signup.

No problems with TopCashBack and 3 paid out at 14 weeks as advertised. Unfortunately when I rang 3 about the cash back they knew nothing about it and tried, very hard, to convince me it was a third party scam! I've been with 3 since they started in the 90s and had no issues.

Three promised me £60 cashback if i took out a deal with them on TopCashback. They have refused to pay out so i will not be renewing my contract or purchasing a deal for my iPad. Epic fail Three :(
