	Promised Cashback Not Honoured and Poor Claims Experience I was initially promised £120 cashback, but my first cashback was missed due to an issue with the claim process. I then had to submit a missing cashback claim, which took around four months to be resolved. After the long wait, I was disappointed to receive only £67.50 instead of the original £120, with no explanation as to why the amount had been reduced. The whole process was frustrating and time-consuming. While the claim was eventually processed, the lack of communication, the lengthy delay, and the incorrect cashback amount left me very disappointed with the experience.

	Glacial pace of paying out Incredibly slow to pay out , almost 6 months from time of purchase. Would not recommend if you want the cashback quickly. No excuse for it in 2026

	Cashback took a long time It did take a long time to get the cashback on this (10 months), but they offered more than I was expecting to claim, so a good result in the end.

	Tracked by TopCashback and declined Standard. The declined is becoming a standard on here now so just be aware i suggest if you can get a better deal from other means instantly rather than choosing a method where you think you will be making a huge saving but don’t. With cashback it can say its tracked and you can see its tracked but the retailer only gas to say it hasn’t and that’s it your money is gone no complaints no further customer service it never used to be as bad as it is now.

	Declined I had purchased £8 for 30gb , I tried claim and it was tracked £45 , then I just closed the case. After that declined the cash back for no reason . And I can’t reclaim again .

	no cashback after 3 paid bills jokn with 3 different contractscfor me at my family for an offer of £80 and after paying 3 bills, no cashback had been paid and three will not give you explanation and topcashback just give copy &paste explanation so people end up locked into 24 month contracts with fake promises of cashback that are never paid

	Fast payout - no issues This came up on my account within a few hours of making the transaction and the money was paid out within a couple of weeks. No issues at all.

	Paid fast and was a brilliant deal! There was an amazing exclusive deal with TCB for a 12 month SIM-only contract with Three which offered cashback that covered the entire 12 month contract, so the whole year is free! The cashback was paid after just one month, so I've actually got the money in the bank for the 12 months line rental even though I had only paid for a month hah can't beat that.

	Paid within 2 months! I found this offer on Black Friday (30th November) and got paid in January, rather than May as I had expected. Make sure to use chrome Guest browser so that your payment tracks.

	Deducted Cashback after loaded in your account after months The advertised cash back was deducted to half without any reason. Logged a case for months but still no feedback. And for the merchant. Worst network quality I can say. Will definitely terminate the contract after it goes to end.
