tracked quickly, 7 night trip to vegas cheapest price found offline and online for our requirements, plus web and cashback .excellent.... shame the virgin pilots might scupper our trip!!

The only thing I need to comment on is I had to submit a claim for the cashback due as it didn't come through automatically. I am still awaiting confirmation of the cashback from Thomas Cook - 18/10/10

I needed to book accomodation in spain, would not have looked at Thomas Cook if it had not been on cashback site.
Was quick and simple to book and i have got paid for doing it, bonus!
When looking at check in time emailed Thomas Cook who responded quickly
Will use again.

I clicked for an offer of 1%. It tracked ok but then dropped to 0.5% when paid. I have submitted a claim but am still waiting for tcb to sort it out. Not a lot of money involved but still annoying.

Bought and paid a package holiday on the 14th September and it tracked at £61.88, however 4.2% of £2,357.48 is £99.01 so I am awaiting on £37.17 (plus topup) from the merchant. No contact as of yet, however I see this going to be a long chase for nothing. Strange that it tracked but didn't track correctly I recommend that people check their percentage. At least three quarters of it has tracked anyway.....

Booked 2nd holiday this year with Thomas Cook and yet again it hasn't tracked. Will be at least a month before I hear anything. TCB are excellent with dealing with them but something isn't right when this happens. I wonder if Thomas Cook's difficulties are causing this problem.
