	I give this retailer no stars but giving 5 stars is the only way to get review at the top and read by prospective buyers. After posting my review of finally getting cash back after over a year, I realised that my posting was way down the list due to giving it no stars. Please read my review further down the page and then decide if you want to risk buying theatre tokens or boycott them instead, especially as many theatres no longer accept them as payment. A terrible experience from start to finish.

	DO NOT USE! I too am still waiting for cashback from Nov 2011 and it is now Oct 2012. Regular monthly nudges. NOTHING!!!!!!

	Now used 4 times...received two cashbacks, but the two recent purchases have not produced any. This appears to be the case with several people, and I feel the company should be removed from this site.

	Rubbish retailer! Order £60 worth of vouchers 28th Feb, expecting £3 cashback and still nothing. It took TCB nearly a month to lodge a claim against theatre tokens and I have heard nothing since. Do not expect anything from this retailer - this company should not be on TCB. When considering gifts for friends I certainly will not use Theatre tokens again.

	Ordered 90.00 of vouchers at end of November and still do not have my cashback. Sent manual claim in at beginning of December and have heard nothing. Sent a nudge at end of January and still have heard nothing. Using this site may be a way for Theatre tokens to get more business but if they offer something that doesn't happen then they are unlikely to get any repeat business from me! The vouchers themselves got delivered really quickly, as they should at 1.95 a go, but unfortunately I now do not have a favourable thought about them.

	Please note: i give this retailer NO STARS for cashback but this is the only way to get my review seen as TCback only post up the 5 star comments first!! Ordered £30 of tokens in October 2011. tokens came within 3 days which was great. No cashback tracked so submitted claim which i am still waiting for retailer to respond to. Ordered £80 of tokens at start of December 2011. again, fast delievery (3 days) on this but no cashback tracked so another claim submitted which i am waiting for retailer to respond to. Not good enough. if a retailer is on TCback it has a duty to track sales and pay up otherwise it is a breach of contract and illiciting sales under false pretences. this is the 4th retailer I have had no cashback tracked/paid since august 2011 and I have reported them all-to no avail as of yet. i have decided that if a sale does not track on here within 2 hours then cashback will never be received, no matter how many nudges are sent. With this retailer it is therefore better to purchase tokens at the theatre as you will not have the £1.95 delivery charge to pay for. Not a good recommendation for a reputable business such as the theatre. Please think hard before buying through TCback.

	I am really impressed with this retailer.It was the first time i'd ordered theatre tokens online and was very impressed with the speed in which the retailer processed and dispatched my order.

	Despite purchasing £100.00 0f Theatre Tokens on 18.7.11, no cashback has been recorded by this company despite reminders being sent. Indeed they have now removed all evidence of the transaction from my account and stil owe me £5.05 cashback. It would be good to receive comments from the company as to why they are on the Topcashback website and not keeping to their side of the agreement.

	Have bought Theatre Tokens before but have only just noticed that they're now on TCB. Ordered yesterday, tracked in a few hours and the tokens arrived this morning. (I'd also used a code for bonus tokens, so very happy!)

	Altho' the goods came quite quickly the merchant was a little slow to track & so initially I was disappointed - everything appears ok now I'm happy to say.
