Cashback not recorded
Purchased a large amount from The Whisky Exchange. The visit is visible on Top Cashback but no cashback recorded. A claim has been opened but as far as I know there has been no acknowledgement from The Whisky Exchange. Very disappointing. Avoid using as there is no guarantee you will receive the cashback.

Payout in a few days
In over 10 yrs of using cashback sites, TWE takes the record for approving & paying out the fastest. We are talking less than a week post purchase. Good to see them back on TCB after going off for a few years during the whisky boom. Highly recommend
